PDF Security Tools

Different security tasks need different outputs. A password controls access, redaction covers identified visible regions, and sanitizing rebuilds visible pages without copying the original document structure. None of these automatically decides which information is sensitive.

Use unlocking only for files you are authorized to access, with the required password. Review the signing page to understand signature appearance and verification limits before relying on a document's legal or cryptographic status.

Inspect the downloaded file before sharing it. Test password behavior, search and text selection where appropriate, and review every visible sensitive occurrence. Preserve an original when accessibility, editability or signature verification matters.
